Warranty & Returns
Products like atomisers, cartomisers, and clearomisers come with a "dead on arrival" warranty due to their semi-disposable nature. If you receive a defective item, please inform us within 3 working days to arrange a replacement. Refunds are only available if the product is returned unused with the original seal intact.
For other items, such as batteries, cases, and chargers. However, heavy damage or neglect may void the warranty. To initiate a return, email us at info@ecosmok.com with all relevant details to expedite processing.
Please note that returns are processed weekly upon receipt and approval, and we aim to complete each return within 7 days. Refunds not covered by this policy adhere to statutory consumer rights.

1. Interpretation
The following words have these meanings throughout the Conditions:

'Goods'
any goods that we supply to you, of the number and description and any relating documentation as set out in your Order;
'Order'
means your order for the Goods from us, as set out in your order form
'Specification'
means the description or specification of the Goods set out on our Website
**2. Application of these Terms and Contract Formation**
2.1 Any estimate provided by us for the supply of Goods prior to your submission of an Order does not constitute a binding offer to provide those Goods.
2.2 When you place an Order for Goods, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase those Goods in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2.3 Once you place an Order, we may send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your Order. However, this does not imply that we have accepted your Order.
2.4 We reserve the right to reject any Order for any reason. If we do so, we will aim to inform you promptly, with reasons which may include stock shortages, pricing or description errors, payment issues, age verification problems, or other legitimate reasons.
2.5 A Contract for the ordered Goods will only be established once we email you to confirm acceptance of your Order, or, if earlier, when we deliver the Goods to you.
2.6 We will provide you with a copy of the signed Contract or confirmation containing all relevant information, in a legible format, within a reasonable period after the Contract is established, and no later than at the delivery of any Goods under the Contract.
2.7 No modification of the Contract, whether related to the Goods’ description, price, or otherwise, is allowed after formation unless both parties mutually agree.
2.8 These Terms are intended to apply only to Contracts where you are a Consumer. If you are not acting as a Consumer, please inform us so that we may provide you with a different contract that includes terms more suited to business transactions, potentially offering additional rights as a business customer.
